Kathy Laferriere Broker Associate kathy@m7realtysolutions.com Cell: 828-712-6769 My husband, Michael, and our 8 year old daughter, Larissa, and I moved to Mars Hill, NC in July of '06 from Key West, FL.  I grew up on a large Iowa farm and then lived in Key West for 26 years.  I wanted my daughter to have horses and know the seasons so we chose this area and purchased our property in 1999.  We love the mountains and all the outdoor activities such as white water rafting, hiking, camping, skiing, and horse-back riding.  Besides the gorgeous land and scenery, we have been impressed with the wonderful, friendly, happy people who live in WNC.  We intend to stay here permanently.  I love helping people and I love the Earth; so helping others to realize their dreams by helping them find their perfect mountain home is the answer to my dreams as well.

Sherrie Vrankovic Broker Associate Sherrie@m7realtysolutions.com I have never experienced the majestic beauty of the mountains as I have in western North Carolina!  Although I have lived in the northern Arizona mountain ranges, I can’t compare the two.  Spring was more panoramic in WNC then what I remembered a decade ago when I vacationed here. My husband and I fell in love with the green rolling farm hills and flowering mountain vistas all over again!  The rushing of crystal clear creeks and the song of red robins are magical in the morning as the sun rises over the terrain and melts the dew across the golf courses.  I have to say: Carolina is definitely on my mind!!!!

 

 

Susan Penland Reavis susan@m7realtysolutions.com I think Weaverville is a unique and fun place to live!  When the first pioneers, including my ancestor John Weaver, settled in the Reems Creek Valley, they found what they were searching for, and I look forward to helping people today find the place of their dreams!   After growing up in Weaverville and graduating from North Buncombe High, I lived in Raleigh for 9 years and returned in 1996.  Working in a family business (Reems Creek Valley Nursery), I learned that hard work and integrity are essential qualities when it comes to helping others.  I have a degree in accounting and work experience with a commercial property developer, as well as managing residential rentals.   My husband, Joe and our 2 daughters live in the country with horses, chickens, dogs, cats, greenhouses and extended family nearby.  My roots are deeply planted here, and I can’t wait to introduce others to my wonderful hometown!
